Expedition Journal

The Expedition Journal brings together selected underwater expeditions, technical diving projects and exploration-based photography from remote environments around the world.

Its focus lies on submerged places rarely accessible to most people — flooded mines, cave systems, alpine lakes, underwater structures and historic wreck environments shaped by geology, history and time.

Each expedition combines technical diving, environmental awareness and visual documentation in locations that require preparation, precision and respect for the surrounding conditions.

Photography is used not only to capture images, but to preserve the atmosphere, structure and character of hidden underwater environments beyond the visible surface.

The journal features exploration projects and underwater documentation from Switzerland, Germany, France, Hungary, Italy and Mexico, alongside selected remote regions including Madagascar, Bikini Atoll and Raja Ampat.

Together, these entries form a curated archive of underwater exploration and expedition-based storytelling documenting hidden worlds beneath the surface.
